The Process

  • Contact me to discuss the type of ceremony you’re after and check availability for your proposed wedding day.

  • Meet for a no obligation meeting to discuss your wedding requirements, what you’d like and see what I can do for you. A booking form can be provided at this meeting.

  • If you’d like to book my services, do so using the booking form provided at our initial meeting, pay a non-refundable deposit and complete the form “Notice of Intended Marriage”. This form must be returned “lodged” with me one month before the date of the wedding.

  • I’ll provide materials and resources to help with the planning and choosing of readings, music and rituals for your ceremony as well as a “getting to know you” questionnaire. This questionnaire will need to be returned to me at or before our next meeting.

  • We’ll then meet for a second time to go through the plans for the wedding.

  • I’ll create a wedding based on the discussions we’ve had and the information you’ve provided me. I’ll send the draft through to you for approval and make any changes as requested.

  • I’d then suggest we meet for a rehearsal as close as possible to the wedding day with as many members of your bridal party present. The remainder of the wedding fee owing is to be paid at the rehearsal.

  • The wedding ceremony then takes place on date, at the time and venue as agreed per the booking. I will arrive an hour before the ceremony.

  • Following the ceremony I will ensure that all legal documents are forwarded to the relevant government authority.
